By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Vimehi email verification platform and associated API services ("Service"), you ("User", "Customer", or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Service.
All credit pack purchases and fees paid to Vimehi are strictly non-refundable.
Upon successful payment processing, verification credits and server compute resources are allocated immediately to your customer ledger. Because verification capacity is made available instantly and credits carry lifetime validity ("Credits Never Expire"), we do not provide refunds, chargebacks, or credits for unused balances under any circumstances. Please verify your selected package tier before completing payment.
Vimehi is designed to help senders clean opt-in subscriber lists, eliminate bounces, and maintain reputable email sender scores. You agree to use the Service strictly in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and similar international statutes).
You strictly agree NOT to: - Upload or verify stolen, scraped, hacked, or illicitly harvested email lists. - Use the Service to validate lists for unsolicited commercial email (spam) distribution. - Circumvent, bypass, or attempt to disable the free live test quota using automated bots or scripts. - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, stability, or performance of our verification infrastructure.
While Vimehi utilizes multi-gate validation algorithms, domain intelligence, and direct SMTP handshakes achieving 99%+ verification accuracy, email deliverability is subject to third-party ISP spam policies, recipient inbox filters, domain reputation, and content factors outside of Vimehi's direct control. We do not warrant that all verified emails will achieve 100% inbox placement.
All intellectual property rights in the Vimehi platform, APIs, user interface, brand assets, and proprietary validation methodologies remain the exclusive property of Vimehi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vimehi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or sender reputation, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
